Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RelayOps mobile application ("App") operated by SSR Logistics LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RelayOps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

RelayOps is a dispatch management platform designed for Amazon Relay carriers. The App provides tools for managing drivers, tracking dispatch operations, receiving alerts, and facilitating communication between managers and drivers.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

RelayOps offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Starter — $29.99/month (up to 3 drivers)
Professional — $59.99/month (up to 10 drivers)
Professional+ — $89.99/month (up to 15 drivers)
Enterprise — $150.00/month (unlimited drivers)

All plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SSR Logistics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Driver Data and Privacy

As a manager using RelayOps, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from drivers whose information you enter into the App. You agree to handle driver data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSR Logistics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
